Little Penguin Awards is a virtual film festival dedicated to celebrating positive, uplifting, funny, and family-friendly content. Our mission is to recognize projects that bring smiles, laughter, inspiration, and hope to their audiences. Q: What kind of films do you accept?
We accept short films, feature films, student films, documentaries, web series, TV pilots, experimental films, and music videos. Films of any genre are welcome, provided they align with our festival's family-friendly theme.
Q: What is the cost to submit?
Entry fees can be found on our FilmFreeway page. Currently, we are offering early bird pricing at $10 per entry up until October 1st. Students and FilmFreeway Gold members receive discounted pricing.
Q: How can I submit?
Submissions can be made through Film Freeway only. Please visit our FilmFreeway page to submit.
Q: When do I find out if I won?
Award winners will be announced on December 15th, 2025. All official selections and award winners will be notified via email and posted on our website.
